Math 11+

In general terms, the 11+ maths tests will cover only those topics that have been taught during Key Stage 2, but slightly at the upper level of understanding and application. Aims of the 11+ maths Programme:

(i) Encourage breadth of experience in the development of mathematical skills.

(ii) Encourage the development of investigative thinking and the application of mathematical knowledge to unfamiliar problems, required at the end of key stage 2. National Curriculum levels 5 and 6 with some elements of level 7.
